FIRST

 

First Glorious Mystery

THE RESSURECTION

 

Our Father

1. "Truly I say to you, you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; you will be sorrow but your sorrow will turn into joy.’ John 16:20

2. ‘So you have sorrow now, but I will see you again and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.’ John 16:22

Second Glorious Mystery

THE ASCENSION

 

Our Father

1. Then he led them out as far as Bethany and lifting up his hands he blessed them. Luke 24:50

Third Glorious Mystery

THE DECENT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

 

Our Father

1. When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. Acts 2:1

2. And suddenly a sound came from heaven like a rush of a mighty wind and it filled all the house where they were staying. Acts 2:3

3. And there appeared to them tongues as of fire, distributed and resting on each one of them. Acts 2:4

4. And they were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak of the mighty works of God. Acts 2:4-11

5. Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem, Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven. Acts 2:5

6. But Peter standing with the eleven, lifted up his voice and addressed them. Acts 2:14

7. "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins’ Acts 2:38

8. ‘And you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:38

9. So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls. Acts 2:41

4. Seat of Wisdom, pray for us.

Hail Mary

5. Cause of our joy, pray for us.

6. Health of the sick, pray for us.

7. Refuge of sinners, pray for us.

Hail Mary

8. Comforter of the afflicted, pray for us.

Hail Mary

9. Helper of Christians, pray for us.

Hail Mary

10. Queen assumed into heaven, pray for us.

9. Queen of the most Holy Rosary, pray for us.

Turn, then, most gracious advocate,

our life, our sweetness, and our hope! thine eyes of mercy toward us;

To thee do we cry, and after this our exile, show unto us

poor banished children of Eve; the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus,

to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary!

and weeping in this valley of tears.
